WHAT HAPPENS HERE

Keep review work and message state distinct.

Assignments use rehearsal role labels and do not notify real staff. Closing a review never clears a reply hold or STOP suppression, and a request is never a confirmed booking.

  • Route sensitive intent to the business-staff rehearsal role.
  • Keep uncertain acceptance owned and visible.
  • Preserve STOP suppression after the review closes.
