Six scenarios. No customer messages.
This simulator models how dispatch should respond to interruptions. Scenario events and counts are fictional; they are not evidence that a live messaging provider has been tested.
- Pause and reply holds stop new simulated outreach.
- STOP suppression and exact expiry stay enforced.
- Duplicates and uncertainty require careful recovery.
Explore the six simulated scenarios
01Pause
A pause blocks new simulated submissions. Review a saved run in the workspace.
02Replies
A reply holds further simulated outreach for that recipient.
03STOP
Suppression remains in place, including after review closure.
04Expiry
New simulated outreach stops at the exact scenario expiry.
05Duplicates
Repeated or out-of-order events must not create duplicate submissions.
06Uncertain acceptance
An unclear submission result requires reconciliation, not a blind retry.
